I am a scientist working with the Texas Water Development Board. My work is focused on analyzing data and developing models that can inform water and estuarine resource management along the Texas coast. Before joining state government, I worked as a post-doc at the University of Texas at Austin with Dr. Jordan Casey andDr. Mevin Hooten. Scientifically, I am interested in estuarine ecosystems, hydroecology, and ecological modelling. My past work was focused on using in-situ imaging tools to bettern understand plankton communities. Broadly, I am always excited about new ways to collect ecological data and ways it can be used to ellucidate patterns in the world. Please reach out if you are interested in a collaboration.
